Yes, but not online to book.

Thats OK, I can pay by Visa debit card. It's just the card for security. I thought I'd read that you didn't accept AMEX

Do they accept debit cards?

I am checking the options. Very few in Portugal accept Amex or Debit Card (unique to Portugal - don't know why really) However, GOLDCAR accept Debit and GLOBAL accept AMEX. Ditto Enterprise accept AMEX.

let me check one more thing... Drive on Holidays defo no Amex or Debit. AVIS/BUDGET (same company) accept AMEX.
